Mozart live in the lobby of a small hotel in Umbria, Italy. This parrot not only talks but can imitate a wide range of sounds and conversation snips...spend a moment in the hotel lobby with Mozart and Me.
Hello again. It's true, as my daughter pointed out, I spent a good part of my summer walking around with a big fluff...which is a small microphone, with a fluffy windscreen.
It travelled with me everywhere...and I used this microphone to capture sounds of a place, some good conversations, and meet some new friends.
And if I may, I'd like to introduce you to Mozart, the amazing, talking, imitating, parrot, who lives in the front hall of a small hotel in Umbria, not far from Perugia, in Italy, where I visited earlier this summer.
Mozart can imitate many sounds.
A man saying hello
A warning squelch
A bicycle bell
A man laughing
A wet finger on a crystal glass
Credit cards beeping, and a child laughing
A man saying Gratzie
A truck reversing
Someone saying OK perfect
Tongue clicking
A woman laughing
A broken PA system
A quiet chortle
More tongue clicks
Ok, bye
The word Achoo
Netflix
The word "aspirin" mixed with some bird chirps
A woman saying "ohhhh"
Some occasional bird chirps
Mozzie is the favourite part of this hotel for anyone who visits.
Thanks for listening to Audio Love.
I'm Samantha Hodder.
See you again soon.
